IS IT TRUE? CAN THE BIBLE REALLY GUIDE LIFE?

 Truth is life is meaningless, Nothing makes sense. We all just are on a state that we have to take.
 It is futile to Him who wants to say life has something that could be understood. Life, death, accidents, fortunes, birth, miscarriages among others are the colours of life. none informs before arriving. Who can explain all these? Sleep (mini-death), awake (life), sickness and near-death experiences for no reason. Who has the anwers? These are the reasons why life and nothing is meaningful? REALLY?
Some say,
"You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life.”

DID YOU SAY NOTHING IS MEANINGFUL?

But then, If nothing is meaningful, how did you understand they are meaningless. If you can say nothing is meaningful, it presupposes that what you say is meaningless. Wait! We will make some sense here.
 Here is a discourse on the issue when,
Ravi Zacharias’ responded to a person in audience claiming life is meaningless in the university of Philippines.

Student: “Everything in life is meaningless.”

Ravi: “You don’t believe that?”

Student: “I do.”

Ravi: “No you don’t.”

Student: “Yes, I do!”

Ravi: “You don’t!”

Student: “Who are you to tell me I don’t?’

Ravi: “Stand up and say it again!”

Student: “Everything in life is meaningless!” 

Ravi: “I assume that you assume that what you just said is meaningful, and if what you said is meaningful then everything is not meaningless. On the other hand, if everything is meaningless, then what you just said is meaningless too. You, basically, said nothing so sit down”

You see, life is meaningless when the meaning is sought from the right source.
Guide for living can be attained when you go back to the giver of life which is God. Some may hypocritically deny this fact that God is the author of life. That is because they have stated a religious or moral principle but denying the source of that law and the lawgiver. God and His Word(Bible) cannot be separated. You can only find full life satisfaction and meaning based on the truth of God's word.

Meanings and purpose of life cannot be found from men. trying to do that is like going to Motorola company to look for the operation manual of your iPhone.

God made man, so man can only find meaning by going back in humility to his/her maker to find a better meaning to his or her life.
Looking elsewhere would amount to would amount further frustration.
Go back to the the manual; the bible, God's word for a meaningful and lasting meaning to life.

DON'T LOSE HEART
2 Thes. 3:13
"But ye, brethren, be not weary in well-doing"

The word “weary” means to be spiritless, exhausted, lose heart, despair.
The idea is not tiredness but that Christians can lose their motivation to do “good".
The spiritual Christian forges ahead in the face of ingratitude of those who should appreciate them.
Anyone in the Church can easily throw up his hands and faint in well-doing.
BUT IT SHOULD NOT BE YOU.
For you KNOW WHO YOU ARE SERVING.
And gladly, the Lord Rewards the faithful.

The Time Is Now!!!
Ecclesiastes 12:1 "Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them"
The world offers a philosophy that,
1. Youthful age is for pleasure
2. Middle age us for business and
3. Old age is for religion.
But one thing the idea failed to notice is the unpredictability of life and certainty of death.
Let us Remember to seek God and serve Him whilst we have strength in our youth.

Religion is not for the old and weak.
It is for sincere strong people who know the vanity of their strengths and certainty of God's nature.

 TRUST GOD NOT MAN

 Psalms 118:8
"It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man"
To put your hopes on man can be likened to walking on a wooden rickety bridge that can collapse at any time without notice.
Making man your defense is worse than deciding to hide in a house of hay in the day of fire outbreak.
You see, God is the only source of sure strength, supplies, security, love and all the things you long for to be satisfied in life.
It pleases God when He sees us counting on Him.
He is the only sure protocol we have.
Trust in Him and He would lead you to a glorious end.
Simply trust Him everyday...

 KNOW WHAT YOU BELIEVE
2 Tim 2:15
"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth"
Simply, As a child of God,
We have the duty to know what our father desires by in depth study of His word.
Be ready always to truthfully share what you believe and know from God's word.
May God be your strength even as you desire to learn more of His word everyday.
