LOVE-LENSE


Before your heart over comes your mind

And another's being captures your thoughts

When pictures are seen with love-lense,

Who earns your love deserves your respect

Know it! 

 

When partiality grows and you accept she's best

A beast chooses another beast as best being,

The rigid part of you begins to know emotions

And you feel complete when she's near

Regard your standards before the final choice,

Forget it Not!

 

She's my love not because she lacks flaws

She activates my best so for her I'd fall

With her, life's all day and never comes night

That moment when even you become a poet!

Still get time to reason or pray,

Be not Misled!


I'm adamant though you paint her black

You don't have to understand my choice;

Thus you say and hold her dear

And you're armed to teeth against unwanted counsel

In all, remember others have travelled that road,

Listen To Wisdom!

EVER-FRESH TRUST

When you think of the manner in which God provided the Israelites with the manna, it seems quite fascinating - Just enough for the day and a warning against keeping the excess for the morrow. God could have decided to give the people of Israel all the manna they might need for the rest of their journey. Or maybe He could have given it at least enough for three days up to a week.  Why did God choose the ‘petty manna flow’ approach? The fact is God knows the heart of man that, once he gets his needs beyond today, he forgets the source of the blessings and oftentimes esteems the blessing more than the one from whom it all flows. He knows what man can and cannot handle. He loves to stay connected to His own on the daily basis. BROOM-STICK TAPE MEASURE

It was a practice in remote Ghana in the not too distant past when older family members travel to the city to buy footwear for the younger family members, they would measure the feet of the prospective shoe owner with broom sticks. The way it works is that because most of the people could not tell the sizes of footwear that the individual uses, they would break a locally made broomstick (manufactured from palm fronds or coconut stalks) and align it by the feet and break just enough to match the length of the broom stick with that of the shoe owners. Even in cases when the older ones want to surprise the younger ones which normally occurs during festivities, this special measurement is done when the kids are asleep.
